Sarah is an authentic and approachable therapist who is passionate about supporting children, teens, adults, and families. Her many years working at an overnight summer camp inspired her love of helping young people and their families while nurturing her ability to build genuine, trusting relationships rooted in empathy and connection.
Sarah brings a calm and grounded presence to sessions. She strives to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, heard, and appreciated. She believes that healing begins with a strong therapeutic relationship and approaches each client with curiosity, compassion, and genuine care.
In addition to supporting clients through anxiety, overwhelming emotions, and life’s transitions, Sarah has a special interest in helping individuals navigate grief in all its forms - from the loss of a loved one to the end of a relationship, missed opportunities, or changes in identity. Regardless of the circumstances, she walks alongside clients as they process their experiences and move toward healing.
